You know there’s a quote about the universe that I love quite a bit, it goes like this “this is the way the universe ends, not with a bang but with a wimper” and that is EXACTLY how I feel about this book.

I was a little happy with the first two because it showed great character building for Alina and The Darkling but then it just seems to fall flat? Seriously? And for who? Mal? God forbid a woman has more power than a man amirite?

I hated every second of Mal, and even more of Alina inner struggle of who she should be. As much as I dislike the ship Darklina, atleast the Darkling liked Alina for who she was. And then there is Nikolai
