Between the Devil and Ian Eversea by Julie Anne Long

3.0

While I haven't been able to finish most of the recent Everseas/Redmond books that I've read, I managed all the way through this one. And enjoyed it.
Kinsey is the guardian of Ian ever sees great rival the Duke of something or another. When she arrives in town that you can immediately notices that yes she's beautiful and yes she's wealthy but she's also a little strange. Ian is the only one who doesn't seem to follow immediately under her spell. He keeps noticing how long lashes just seems about up-and-down. She says about the entrance and all the men in the area even those who are already in love with another woman.
The 10th I can't quite hope it. She just knows how to manipulate people to get her own way and uses that skill. It is, in fact the same skill that he and ever see his conquests appointment. Of course, Dewbourne in away from Tansi, but Ian just can't help himself and keeps chasing her, even when he doesn't really feel she's attractive.
