American Psycho by Bret Easton Ellis
5.0
American Psycho was the rare book I found myself thinking about when I was away from it.
The concept of vapid, empty characters whose only character traits are that they are the essentially same as other characters I found both interesting and frustrating.
Long, LONG chapters where nothing happens, and that's the point.
This was the first book I've read in a long time that I found impactful, but wouldn't recommend to anybody.
