Through the Zombie Glass by Gena Showalter

5.0

I enjoyed the first book of this series and this second book was even better! GS is an amazing storyteller. She was able to suck me right back into the story within the first few pages. While there were less zombie attacks in this book, there is still plenty of drama.

The story unfolds through Ali eyes. While I adored Cole in the first book, he was a little turd for most of this book. Ali matured immensely and she learned to become a strong person, with or without Cole. (Girl Power!) Happily, all the supporting characters were back and their side stories were interesting and not just page fillers.

There is no huge CH but I am ready for book three!

"Light will chase away the darkness,"

Put your hope in the right thing, and it would be a lifeline. Put your hope in the wrong thing, and it would be a noose.
