this was better than the last one, but something about it felt off. don't ask me why, i'm as at loss as you are.

i think the characters didn't do it for me. the story was fine, but i wanted to feel for them more than i did.

or maybe the author just ruined me after The Reaper and i can't appreciate anything else ever again.
