I really enjoyed this book. It felt brutally honest. Like I’d slipped inside of Eve’s head, and I was like, “yeah girl, I can see how that makes sense.”

Some of the topics about power dynamics and sexuality felt a little too in my face at time, but it was refreshing, and then at times, uncomfortable. The passages on desirability also had this effect.

Idk. I blew through this book because I was enjoying the writing and the messiness of it all, and that, for me, was just what I needed.
