Catherine Anderson was my gateway author into the romance genre, so I love reading her books as a nostalgic joy. And this book was soooooooo not steamy. Additionally, it felt like a struggle between two romances stories and only one of them was resolved. Maybe that means I need to keep reading, but after literally zero sex scenes in this book, I’m in no particular rush to do so.
