There's a trope category I do not enjoy reading.  This has it.  And yet... I adored this book.  As someone who trusts very little, and rarely asks for help, I related to Winter more than any other FMC in this series.

While I will be sad to be wrapping up this series and leaving this ranch, the whole series arc has been excellent and it feels like it is time to have one last story before I go.
