Onyx - Schattenschimmer by Jennifer L. Armentrout

5.0

I had so many thoughts on this book, but they've been all erased by the last few sentences and now I can hear only my inner voice screaming. What kind of twisted cliff-hanger was that supposed to be?!? If anybody think I'm not going to listen to the next book right now, they're crazy.

And now to the actual thing. Again the description of the book pretty much spoiled the whole plot, but even despite that I loved every page of it. It is so well written and every aspect is in it's full potential and whenever there's is a threat of something being overused, the book just changes it's whole course and goes in a completely different direction.
At first when I saw Blake (the new kid), I though: Oh boy, this is just going to be the useless part of a love-triangle with a very obvious solution. And I couldn't be more wrong. J. L. Armentrout used the full potential and all the possibilities that could happen with him and made an amazing story out of it.
Sure I won't lie, I could see a lot of things coming, but there still remained some things that were quite shocking. (And no, the fact that i can't think of any right now, doesn't mean I am making this whole thing up.)
All in all,
