The Final Gambit by Jennifer Lynn Barnes
5.0
The last-ish installment of The Inheritance Games truly brought things to a satisfying climax, and I hope to see more of this world in the future, though perhaps not focusing on Avery. Thankfully Grayson and Jameson are getting their own novels next, and my heart aches for all of the brothers to become the "written by a woman" romantic counterpart men they are destined to be and each get their own romantic happily ever afters.
This novel keeps the stakes high and pivots without departing from the puzzles/riddles plot entirely that kept my mind engaged while reading the previous two. If you haven't started this series, please go snag a copy from your local library or indie book store.
