Rat Queens, Vol 2: The Far Reaching Tentacles of N'rygoth by Kurtis J. Wiebe
3.0
Adventurer background time. A good portion of this run of comics is focused on giving the reader some insight on the histories of most of our main characters. Dee gets a visit from a member of the church that she and her family belong to. We also get a flashback to Violet's life with her family, and several flashbacks for different points in in Hannah's timeline. Sadly nothing for Betty, instead getting something for Orc Dave.
I've seen a few people saying that a person should re-read the previous trade before reading this one. I can see why. There were a few things that I didn't realize until I went back and looked them up, but I didn't feel lost going in without the review.
Over all, quite enjoyable. The only reason this one is getting a lower score is because I liked the first collection better.
