I understand the hype with this. The analysis at motherhood and how women’s lives change while men’s virtually end up unchanged. I’ve felt similar to how nightbitch did when I was forced into being a SAHM because of losing my job and the cost of childcare. Resenting the fact it all fell on me. That my husband was still able to live freely. I understand those moments. But this book also just kinda lacked oomph for me. A good read though.
