Into the Water by Paula Hawkins

3.5

It took me SO LONG to get into this book. Although they worked in the latter part of the book, the many narrators and points of view made it hard to follow. It would have been better to be from three points of view - Lena, Jules and Erin.

In saying this, the second half of this book was riveting and exactly what I expected and nothing like what I expected at the same time.

There were a lot of twists and turns, some I saw coming, some I did not. The ending was interesting but left the reader questioning what they thought they knew.

This book was a bit all over the place but if you can push through the start and get your head around all the characters, it’s a good read.

I would recommend for people who enjoyed Girl on the Train (although a different book with different thrilling elements) and people who enjoy a decent thriller novel.
