this is not a book as much as it is a succession of chapters. Rafe is lovely but he's a collection of traits more than he is a character. The book doesn't have a plot conflict and it literally ends where something close to one could be starting. It feels so so weird. I liked some parts, but as a whole if tasted like an unseasoned meal.
