This book took me on an emotional journey. It was so hard to put down every day as I just wanted to keep reading. AJs writing is powerful and always tells an amazing story. This book was so eye-opening and heartbreaking that I suggest everyone go and read it (on the 4th of July) as it's definitely one of the best reads of 2024 for me so far!
