This read like an informative conversation with a friend about what you want to accomplish with gatherings. As an introvert that has found herself at crowded events and awkward dinner parties, it's nice to read a book that looked at an event with a game plan in mind. The x's and o's are filled in to ensure that everyone is there for the right reasons and that the party doesn't die a slow death. Even in the era of social distancing, to have this information ready and to understand more about how what you want is just as important (if not more so) than what everyone else wants. Great read.
