This one was a little hard to rate because there were some editing issues that drove me nuts and a little bit of the writing was kind of weird and took me out of the story. I liked the characters a lot, loved the boot camp stuff, loved that this writer either knows their military lingo (and duty stations) or they know someone who gave them a lot of good info about those things. They even knew this area where I am (Fort Hood area), including two of the cities that flank Fort Hood.
