I almost dnfd this sooo many times simply because I knew we wouldn’t be getting a resolution this book. Props to the author for including a summary at the beginning so I could remember why I added this to my kindle tbr in the first place but it’s frustrating that the same authors drag a storyline out into 4-5 books when it could easily be 2
