This was almost a 5 star read! Wow!
I loved, loved, loved Asha and Hemalo’s story. I think it was really moving and interesting to read about two mated lovers grieving such a terrible loss in such different ways and trying find their way back to one another. So beautiful.
It would’ve been a 5-star if Claire and Beck hadn’t been a side plot. This is a common habit in the other novels as well and I don’t really care to read these side plots. I think they deserve their own novel, otherwise it feels unnecessary and out of place.
