Instant Karma by Marissa Meyer

4.0

What a delightful summer read.

I love the idea of Instant Karma, and how what seems like the right thing in the moment could end up having lasting consequences that you did not intend for. I also really loved that it wasn't a huge plot point, other than to have Prudence really think about the situation at hand. It was quite refreshing to have a flawed main character who genuinely makes real life mistakes and is the 'bad guy' a lot because of snap judgements and preconceived notions. She felt very real to me.

While this is different than most of Marissa Meyer's other works, if you're a fan of her writing and authors like Sarah Dessen I think you'll really enjoy this as well.
