Though it's been years since I've read it, I read through this series multiple times in my high school and early adulthood years. I loved the writing style and the characters. My son read them, too, and also enjoyed the world Tamora created. There is magic, romance, action, and a really interesting perspective of what it was like growing up as a knight.
