Since I saw the blurb with the Cartel and death, I honestly taught of being a mafia or crime book. From the title you'll think of a love story, a romance book. But it was something in between... something like a YA with some small thriller details and with also some parts of romance. The only thing that bothered me was the phrasing of some sentence. I believe the book was translated in an inappropiate way, maybe by a Canadian or Irish or so. Some of the phrases didn't make sense at all and I needed to reread the specific paragraph in order to "interpret" a meaning.
Besides that, I enjoyed the plot even the love story (and I am surprised because usually I don't read romance!)
