I’d like to take the rest of my summer to just read Kate Canterbary’s backlist… please and thank you.

📕 𝗕𝗼𝗼𝗸 𝗜𝗻𝗳𝗼𝗿𝗺𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻: Change of Heart by Kate Canterbary

📙 𝗦𝗲𝗿𝗶𝗲𝘀: Standalone, kind of. Could be part of the Vital Signs character series.

📗 𝗥𝗲𝗮𝗱𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗗𝗲𝘁𝗮𝗶𝗹𝘀: E-book ARC on Kindle.

📘 𝗚𝗲𝗻𝗿𝗲: Contemporary romance

📔 𝗧𝗿𝗼𝗽𝗲𝘀: Workplace romance, he falls first, forbidden vibes, opposites attract, ONS, laugh out loud, female friendship.

📖 𝗦𝘆𝗻𝗼𝗽𝘀𝗶𝘀:  Whitney and Henry share a hot night together and then never see each other again… until a few months later when Whitney meets her new group of residents and sees Henry is at her hospital to learn from her expertise. She’s leading up an ethics review. He’s determined to date her.

🌟 𝗥𝗲𝘃𝗶𝗲𝘄: I love the way Kate Canterbary builds a story. She’s always got the perfect ratio of plot to spice, slow burn to tension, imperfect main characters to enlightening moments. Change of Heart was just another good example.

This one was all Grey’s Anatomy vibes. I won’t lie, I was a little worried about it being cringey that Henry was Whit’s resident, but the care that Kate Canterbary took to not only make it not cringe, but so responsible and thoughtful really showed through.

If you love a MMC who pines and plays dirty and wants nothing more than his girl, Henry is your guy. He’s built to look like Henry Cavill, and his determination to land Whit despite her hatred of relationships made me all heart eyed. You’ll love their happily ever after as well, trust me.

𝗥𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗻𝗴: 4.5/5 ⭐⭐⭐⭐

𝗦𝗽𝗶𝗰𝗲 𝗟𝗲𝘃𝗲𝗹: 3/5 🌶🌶🌶

📝 𝗔 𝗾𝘂𝗶𝗰𝗸 𝗻𝗼𝘁𝗲… This one is a standalone, but a ton of couples from KC’s other series are featured. I highly recommend Before Girl if you want to read more of her work - it’s such a good book!
