Okay this was a fun summer weird horror read! Never expected it to end the way it did or take the turn it took. It felt, to me, like the purge movies but on a secluded island. Then something else happens, but I think it’s best going into this book not knowing anymore than that and just being surprised at the end. Just know, it’s odd and you have to accept that.
