Unbreak My Heart is a wonderful second chance romance.
In the beginning we follow Cameron, who stumbles upon a man who he assumes is homeless and is also badly beaten. Only to find out it was Gael, none other than the boy he loved when he was 16, who left ten years ago.
Gael, left at 16 because of his father, he was hoping to make a better life and come back for Cameron but that’s not what happened. That poor man was put through it, only for his long lost love to be the one to find him and take him. Cameron takes in Gael and helps him heal and their relationship starts to rebuild, although Cameron still doesn’t trust Gael not to disappear again.
This was a very enjoyable story. It is short only about 145-150 pages so things progress quickly but the characters are wonderful, especially Cameron, to be able to help someone who hurt you so badly.
I definitely recommend for a wonderful short read!
