I really enjoyed the on the run aspect of this book. We start out with a jail break and supposed to go into hiding till our name is cleared but of course Rose has other plans, a little side adventure if you will that reunites us with some side characters. And we also get to see what’s happening back at court as well thanks to the bond with Lissa.

There were a couple of moments where things stalled out a little bit and felt like they went on a bit too long but overall it was a fun time and moved along pretty good. Also a couple questionable character moments.

But for a wrap up to Rose and Lissa’s story it was a good one.
