The End by Lemony Snicket

5.0

I want to give this book six stars! This was a great way to finish these series!
I loved everything about it (well, nearly), but to say more, I'll have to dive right ahead into the SPOILERY PART!!!
First of all, I lover the INK (Incredibly deadly viper) back again. I missed that little cutie for such a long time. I never thought I could love a snake that much.
Second of all, the revelation of the Baudelaire mother really got me. I should have seen it coming, but the story was so interesting that I've completely forgotten to care about such important thing.
Olaf's death was something miraculous. I knew it was coming since the author spoiled it nearly at the very beginning of The End, but it felt really strange. I didn't feel any sympathy for him, because of all the terrible things he's done, but some small voice inside of me still kept saying that it would be a shame if he did.
I loved the whole series and I couldn't be more glad that I invested my time in them. The only thing I regret here is that I didn't read them sooner. Perhaps when I was a child.
