There is a substantial focus on mental health, body image, self acceptance, trauma and healing, alcoholism, and family dynamics. If you are going into this hoping for a lighthearted silly little cowboy romance, just know that yes it has those aspects but it also hits hard with the deep emotions as well. 

I gotta say though, I really wanted more fiddle. I was BEGGING for a scene where she ripped the Devil Went Down to Georgia in some sort of climactic "fuck you Derek" scene.
