WHAT A FUN TIME!
The mix between the modern and the regency, fighting for love, rekindling romance, and the perfect amount of spice, Lyssa Kay Adams REALLY does it with The Bromance Book Club! I was smiling ear to ear and hurting with Gavin and Thea. I was DYING laughing at the bromance bros. I was OUT OF MY SEAT CLAPPING at Thea's reactions to the WAGs (especially at the end). I just could not be more pleased with a book and start to a series. I'm really hoping the rest hold up to this same level of fun, spice, and everything nice.
Also love that Adams was able to take on writing some fun regency romance styled chapters!! What a fun way to explore a genre without committing to it. The audiobook was 1000% the way to go, and it definitely reminded me of the Jane the Virgin book (Snow Falling) and the Latin Lover narrating parts of it. TRULY, SO MUCH FUN!
