Point Omega by Don DeLillo

2.0

DeLillo has long been among my favorite authors, but he's starting to lose me. Point Omega feels is tilted too much toward making Big Points about The Universe and Human Nature -- it felt very divorced from real characters. The whole time I was reading it, I got the nagging feeling I was reading Paul Auster, though DeLillo's mastery of language and dialog is still superb.
