2 stars - Read via Kindle

I’ve had this short story on my Kindle for quite a while so I thought it was time. If it had been a novel, I would have DNF’d it, sorry.

The MCs are not likeable, especially Elise. She’s cold and judgmental. Tristan is too much the other way. There is no building of this relationship and it wasn’t believable. There were some typos as well. For example, there two different spellings of a last name.

I felt as I was just being told something. I didn’t experience it. It was very awkward. With some character development and a natural progression, it would have been better.
