Pupcakes: A Christmas Novel by Annie England Noblin

3.0

This would have been much better, I think, if I'd read the print book instead of listening to the audio. The narrator's accent (specifically on words with an ow sound) was just so jarring, it kept pulling me out of the story. There were other issues, most notably the repeated instances of unrealized held breaths (seriously, why is this still a thing in any book?), but the story itself was pretty decent, though not Christmas-y as the cover would have you believe.
