An excellent blend of thoughougly-researched history and personal experience with hopeful advice on how to create real change and eradicate racist policy. I found it interesting that the author and I are the exact same age, so I got to see the world I grew up in from a different perspective. An eye-opening and important read. We have a lot of work to do.
