I truly believed that I enjoyed the last Dresden book a lot, but then this gem of a book came and blew the expectations out of the water. And it took some self-control not to pick up the next book in the series right away and spoil the order of my read-a-thon, lol.

It pretty much had everything that I had been wanting in the last few novels: Mouse (Harry's otherworldly dog who is smarter then everyone), lots of Murphy! (and a bit of Murphy/Dresden, however, that did not go the way I wanted), the Carpenter Family with a kick-ass grown up Molly, and more Thomas. It looks like Molly (who has magic) will be in the series a lot more, and I cannot wait to read their interactions!

I always say this, but I recommend diving into this series, I still have seven more books to go and I am in love with it.
