I would call this a run-of-the-mill book. Its far from awful, but it's not exceptional, either. It's one of those books that doesn't have really cool plot twists or secrets, for example, but it keeps you engaged and reading.

I read this entire book in one sitting and I definitely did enjoy it, but it's not one I would read over and over. It's a nice relaxing read that is perfect for someone looking to pass time or not think too hard.
