I'm having so much fun with the series! Something that happens here at the beginning really got me worried about what was going to happen?? But I appreciated so much that Harris didn't add any unnecessary angst and drama to the story. That also raised some pretty interesting questions in regard to where the story/series is going.

The world-building kept getting more and more interesting as I read and I loved some of the twists and reveals we got here! The fast pace was still at it and the way the overall series arc progressed was lovely. There was one scene in particular that got me right in my emotions as well.

I need to binge book 4 now!
