I’m so glad I finally picked this book, I saw it so many times and for some reason didn’t pick it up. I needed an audiobook and when I saw Meryl Streep was the narrator I was in! The story reminds me of the combination of Evelyn Hugo and Little Women. Its the look back at the life of an actress, that portrays the women more than just a mother to her three daughters. Patchett does a great job of rounding out each daughter in their own way, as well as the characters in the past
