Camp Slasher Lake: Volume One by D.W. Hitz
5.0
A collection of short slashers written by some great horror authors.
Every single story hit the spot and gave me exactly what I love in a slasher (and I'm sure by now you all know how much I love slashers). There were gory murder scenes, crazed killers, fierce survivors, 80s vibes, and so much tension and suspense. I loved every single one of these stories, some by authors I already know and love, and some by authors I'd not heard of that I'm now going to go and add all of their backlogs to my tbr. I do wish that these stories were all full-length though, as I just couldn't get enough.
I'm also kinda annoyed that this has been out for 2 years and I'm only just finding out about it.
