Pandemonium by Lauren Oliver

4.0

I’m not going to lie: I loved this book more than I loved the first.

Lena is no longer the afraid and overly careful girl in Delirium. She changed for the better. Now, she’s strong and unafraid.

Julian is a wonderful addition to the characters. At first, he’s the symbol for the Deliria Free America’s youth organization. Until he got the “disease” or love. He left the DFA and refused the cure and I admire that. I think it’s great that he left everything because he now knows that everything he knew is wrong.

Also, Lauren Oliver did a great job not reuniting Lena with her mom too soon. And that she brought Alex back…Though it’s a bit sad Raven didn’t trust Lena enough to tell her their plan.
