This is a book that exists and I have read... other than that I don't really have all that much to say about it.

I did like it but the way the story unfolded, especially towards the end didn't make it all that enjoyable for me.
It almost seemed like Psyche lost her personality or it just got very muddied with everything that was going on.

I did enjoy the parts with Medusa and 'what hero do you want to be'
The parts where Atalanta had influence were also really enjoyable, but other than that a lot of it fell flat towards the end,
with the 'challenges' presented to her just had a very convenient way of working out. I know that's the point it just wasn't all that of a satisfying conclusion to such an interestingly presented character in the beginning, and it seemed to be 'oh lets all help Psyche'

Not including the sudden
prophetic abilities of Elektra, at age 6, telling Psyche that her mother would murder her father and she would help kill her mother??, I know children can be perceptive but this is something else

Worth a read but keep in mind aspects from the myths are changed to better suit the narrative.
