Dark and spicy, a satisfactory ending to this thrilling trilogy.
This book definitely amps the spice levels up from jalapeño to ghost pepper - and much of the general murder mystery vibes take a backseat to the raunch. However, I still very much enjoyed the twists and turns as well as the characters' developments.
I feel as if the story isn't finished, and perhaps a spin-off series could be in our future.
For those who adore enemies to lovers, murder mysteries, anti-hero's and morally grey characters - this trilogy is for you.
