Little Men: Life At Plumfield With Jo's Boys by Louisa May Alcott

5.0

"If men and women would only trust, understand, and help one another as my children do, what a capital place the world would be!"

Little Men is by no means completely the same as its predecessor, Little Women, other than to say that its successor bears the same intensity of wisdom and soul Louisa May Alcott aimed to deliver to her readers. There is no room for evaluation of how much her yet heartwarming story was told through magnificent yet simple, and beautiful prose. The boys are flawed yet very loveable all the same, and I'm glad the book still included bits of stories going on in the lives of the characters I loved dearly first from Little Women.

I can't help but smile all the way through its last chapter! I'm looking forward to read the last book of the unofficial trilogy of Little Women.
