This was a quick and valuable read for any Muslim or spiritual eager to learn how to deal and overcome the noise of today's modern world and vices. I really appreciated how simple Nouman Ali kept his language and examples whilst including tidbit stories from the Quran or Sunnah to elaborate his topic in discussion better.
