Short and sweet like a novella should be!
When Sadie gets stuck in an elevator with Eric, she swears the world is against her. Sadie and Eric had a past at one point, but through miscommunication (or none at all), Sadie decided that she hated Eric for what she thought that he did to her. The novella switches between past and present so that readers can see what exactly happened in their history.
Eric forces Sadie to talk to him about what happened to them because he thought things were fine. In the end it was a quick read and enjoyable enough!
