The Truths We Hold: An American Journey by Kamala Harris

3.0

I enjoyed the homage she did to the memory of her mother, but I didn’t enjoy how it read like she was regurgitating her resume in long form to prove her worth as a future POTUS candidate. Propaganda, much? Also, it’s interesting that she shows numbers as a means to support her reforms, but doesn’t truly dig deep into showing results for changes she’s made—she gives vague numbers and estimates at times.
