not to sound mean, i didn’t expect to like this book so much. tbh i at first read it because many of my friends were talking about it being so great even if you didn’t like coleen hoover‘s other books.
i did enjoy ‚it ends with us‘ but for example ‚ugly love‘ left me very unsatisfied.
i think the thread of how someone can escape an abusive relationship gave the 2 books it’s meaning. if (like in the others) it was shrugged under the rug, no.
i read it quite fast because i really enjoyed the writing.
i also rlly enjoyed the jokes, there are some really funny moments that made me laugh out loud.
