Court of Claws by Briar Boleyn

Book two in the “Blood of fae” series, this book picks up after the cliffhanger of book one, we are now in a new continent, with new fae, new magic and new obstacles.

This book is cantered around a completion to become emperor of that continent and it gives me hunger games vibes. This book continued to have amazing world building and character development.

The enemies to lovers part of the story continued and we saw more from Draven and Morgan and I got my wish of more of them together. We explore Morgan’s magic more in this book and learned more about who she really is.

We were introduced to new characters who have become a major part in the story. This book was just as good as book one and this series is becoming one of my favourites.
