I **think** I understand what's going on? One of my favorite things is how much Chinese Mythology is in this story but it's also what confuses me the most. There is less action but A LOT more relationship development (and not just with the MC/ML). I love all the characters in the Soul-Guarding Order! We learn so much about the past in this volume which somehow has me even more discombobulated
