Prom Nights from Hell by Meg Cabot, Lauren Myracle, Michele Jaffe, Kim Harrison, Stephenie Meyer

4.0

Overall Rating: 4.0
The book is comprised of five stories. The book itself was great. I really enjoyed it. I thought some stories were better than others. My favourite was Kiss and Tell by Michele Jaffe because of the humor and the female character. My least favourite was Hell On Earth by Stephenie Meyer because the pacing was slower than the others. As a whole, each author made each story intriguing and different. The stories were great and I can't wait to read more books from each author. Overall, a great read.

Meg Cabot - The Exterminator's Daughter
Actual Rating: 4.0
I found this story intriguing and unique. I really liked the fact that the vampire hunter turned Vampire daughter was stalking Dacula's son to the prom. I was actually finding myself enjoying it. I hope I can read more of her books. Meg Cabot Is a great author and I really enjoyed this read. Overall, a great read.

Lauren Myracles - The Corsage
Actual Rating: 3.0
This was an okay read. The story is about Frankie getting a corsage that makes three wishes. However, there are consequences for the wishes. The first half of the story was a bit boring and difficult to get into. However, things picked up in the second half. I wish the story was longer as it did creep me out to the point of closing my eyes every once in a while. Overall, a decent read.

Kim Harrison - Madison and the Dim Reaper
Actual Rating: 3.0
This was a decent read. The story was interesting. However, there was no conclusion to the story. The story was about a girl who was taken and killed by a dark reaper. However, the white reapers allow her to return from the dead with a guardian angel. I like the story, but I would like to know how the story really ends. Not with some cliffhanger. Overall, an okay read.

Michele Jaffe - Kiss and Tell
Actual Rating: 5.0
This was an amazing read. I loved every minute of it. It is the longest story in the book, but this book had me laughing so much. I do not think I have ever read a book with this many cheesy lines. I loved Miranda and how she was trying to learn her powers and the limitations that her powers have. She was a funny character and she was quirky as well. This story makes me want to read more of Michele Jaffe's book. Overall, a fantastic read.

Stephenie Meyer - Hell On Earth
Actual Rating: 2.75
This was an okay read. I did not love the characters, but I thought they were okay. Also, I thought the pace was slower than the last four stories. I found it to be a bit boring as it dragged for me. Overall, a read that was not for me.
