I'm not quit sure how I feel about this book. The ending third definitely redeemed the rest of the book. 

I didn't like Joe much as a character and definitely liked Norma more.

I will say that I do love that Ruthie/Norma was reunited with her Indigenoys family as most children who were stolen (yes this is not the first time I have heard similar stories). It was a nice happy ending.
